This website is operated by EDGELINE US INC ("CaseDrop", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products

We sell phone cases and phone accessories. Product images are for illustration. Actual colors may vary depending on your screen settings, and crystal- or stone-set products are assembled in a way that makes each unit slightly unique; minor variations in stone placement and shade are normal characteristics of these products and are not defects. Phone models shown in photos are for fit reference only and are not included.

Our cases are fashion accessories designed for look and feel. They are not certified protective equipment, and we make no guarantee that a case will prevent damage to your phone from drops, impacts, water, or other causes. CaseDrop is not responsible for damage to devices.

Small Parts Warning

Products with decorative stones contain small parts. Keep away from small children. Not a toy.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time. In the rare case of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or are placed with incorrect pricing. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the CaseDrop name, logo, photographs, and text — belongs to EDGELINE US INC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission. Third-party brand names appearing on products are the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those brands.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDGELINE US INC's total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including rights under New York consumer protection law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
